An expressive celebration of gratitude and self-recognition, using flowers and angelic imagery to honor the heroes—both within and around us.
The “Liberation Through Color and Awakening the Hero Within” workshop was held in a unique and peaceful setting this time, in a café with an outdoor space surrounded by beautiful trees and a serene water fountain that created a calming, nature-inspired atmosphere. As autumn began, each participant had a pomegranate placed on their table, symbolizing prosperity and blessings.
This time, I had a special surprise for the participants. First, I asked them to write down their skills and strengths and define their goals. They were then asked to place these notes inside a pink paper butterfly and keep it in front of them as a constant reminder of their goals and inner strength.
But that wasn’t all! Alongside each participant, there was a small envelope. I asked them to open the envelope, inside which they found angelic figures with white robes, created using AI, with their own faces transformed into angels. These angelic figures represented their inner heroes, reminding them that they always have access to their inner power.
Throughout the workshop, each participant had several colors to work with. They began by painting a background using the wet-on-wet technique with their favorite color. Then, they started painting large and small flowers. These flowers symbolized the people who have been their heroes throughout life. The larger flowers represented the major heroes who had a significant impact, while the smaller ones symbolized those who had a smaller, yet meaningful, influence on them.
During the workshop, participants shared their skills and goals, laughed, and created a positive, energetic atmosphere. This experience was an opportunity for us to be happy together, reflect on our inner heroes, and realize that our inner strength is always within reach.
